Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the original ship date or pickup date. All returns are for a Box of Grace Co E-Gift Card (store credit never expires). We offer exchanges for the same item, at the same price, in a different size. Returned item(s) must remain in original form in order for the return to be accepted. This means merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Please do not attempt to return if the above description is not met. 

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned item(s) in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Box of Grace Co does not provide shipping labels for returns. Please feel free to contact us directly with any additional questions you may have. We'll be more than happy to assist you!

Damaged + Defective Items 

If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item(s) and we will issue an exchange or replacement free of charge. If we are contacted outside of the 72 hour time frame or the item has been tampered with, we unfortunately cannot issue a return or exchange.
